Travel ICU RN in Fredericksburg, TX

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide intensive care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Fredericksburg, Texas. The 10-bed unit uses Meditech Expanse and serves 1:4-5 assignments with bedside monitoring, cardiac care, and bladder scanning equipment.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with STEMI and stroke protocols
• Support conscious sedation, intubation, chest tube care, and code response
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Collaborate with the care team to prioritize multiple patients

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• 3+ years recent ICU experience

• Charge nurse experience
