Travel ICU RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Adult ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care for adults in a long-term acute care hospital in Dallas, Texas on an 18-week contract. The CCU/ICU unit cares for patients with complex cardiac and respiratory needs and uses ventilator and bedside monitoring support.

• Assess and monitor adult critical care patients
• Administer IV medications and fluids
• Assist with ventilator management and suctioning
• Support physicians during bedside procedures
• Respond to life-threatening changes in condition
• Educate and support patient families

• Texas Registered Nurse license or multistate Registered Nurse license
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Critical care assessment and medication administration skills
• Ventilator and bedside monitoring skills
