Travel ICU RN in Everett, WA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for critically ill adults in a high-acuity medical intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in Everett, Washington. The hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and uses Epic. It serves medically complex adults and geriatrics with respiratory failure, shock, stroke, ARDS, and other critical conditions.

• Monitor critically ill patients with complex respiratory and hemodynamic needs
• Manage ventilated patients and support noninvasive oxygen therapy
• Assist with central and arterial line care, chest tubes, and bedside procedures
• Titrate cardiac drips, vasoactive infusions, insulin, and continuous sedation
• Administer blood products, maintain IV access, and follow isolation precautions
• Respond to code blue events and support hypothermia protocol care

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of intensive care unit experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Arterial line, ventilator, and drip management skills

• ICP monitoring
• Pulmonary artery line and Swan Ganz monitoring
• Sheath removal
• Teaching hospital experience
