Travel ICU RN in Everett, WA

A Travel Medical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for critically ill adults and geriatrics in a hospital in Everett, Washington for 13 weeks. The unit uses Epic, averages 2:1 care, and treats respiratory failure, shock, stroke, ARDS, DKA, and multisystem organ failure.

• Monitor critically ill patients and coordinate bedside nursing care
• Manage ventilator support, oxygenation, and arterial blood gas trends
• Administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive infusions
• Support invasive lines, chest tubes, and procedural sedation
• Respond to code blue events and sudden changes in condition
• Document assessments and care in Epic

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2 years of Medical Intensive Care Unit experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Level II trauma center experience
• Prior travel experience

• ICP monitoring
• Pulmonary artery line and Swan Ganz monitoring
• Sheath removal
• Teaching hospital experience
