Travel ICU RN in Edmonds, WA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for adults and geriatrics in an acute care hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Edmonds, Washington. The 13-bed unit serves complex ICU patients and uses any charting system. First-time travelers are accepted.

• Monitor critically ill adult and geriatric patients
• Manage ventilators and noninvasive respiratory support
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive infusions
• Interpret dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases
• Care for arterial lines and central lines
• Maintain isolation precautions and respond to urgent changes

• Washington Registered Nurse license; compact license accepted
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of ICU experience
• Experience with ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, and vasoactive drips
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases
• Any charting system experience

• TNCC
• Neuro ICU experience
• Surgical ICU experience
• Trauma ICU experience
