Travel ICU RN in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in Charlottesville, Virginia on a 13-week contract. The role supports adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in medical, cardiovascular, trauma, neuro, and intermediate care settings with Epic charting.

• Monitor critically ill patients and report changes in condition
• Care for ventilated patients and support respiratory needs
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias
• Administer ordered therapies and maintain clinical stability
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

• Virginia Registered Nurse license, pending accepted
• BLS and ACLS
• 2 years of ICU experience
• Care of ventilated patients and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Epic charting experience
• Prior travel experience

• TNCC and CCRN
• Continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation monitoring
• ICP and pulmonary artery line or Swan Ganz monitoring
• Level 1 trauma experience
