A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for critically ill patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Bakersfield, California. The role relies on critical thinking, independent judgment, and collaboration with nursing staff and other disciplines.

• Assess critically ill patients and update care plans
• Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered
• Supervise assigned nursing staff and support workflow
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Critical care nursing skills
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Care coordination and collaboration skills
