Travel ICU RN in Arlington, VA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a hospital unit for a 13-week contract in Arlington, Virginia. The unit uses EPIC charting and focuses on closely monitored ICU patients needing ongoing assessment and intervention.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer prescribed medications and titrate therapies as ordered
• Perform focused neurologic and cardiovascular assessments
• Assist with advanced monitoring, lines, drains and other ICU support
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on daily plans
• Document care accurately in the charting system

• Active Virginia or Compact Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
• 1 previous travel contract
