Travel Home Health RN in Battle Creek, MI

A Travel Home Health Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to participants in Battle Creek and Albion, Michigan on a 13-week contract. The role supports frail older adults through clinic and home-based care and uses independent clinical judgment in complex situations.

• Triage urgent clinical changes and respond to emergent situations
• Monitor acute and chronic conditions with primary care providers
• Use care plans to deliver clinic and home-based nursing care
• Administer ordered treatments, procedures, and medications
• Complete wound care, lab draws, and nursing assessments during home visits
• Coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed team members

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Nursing diploma or Associate degree from an accredited school
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain after hire
• 1 year of experience with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 1 year of home care experience
• 1 year of wound care experience
