Travel Home Health RN in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel Home Health Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in a home health setting on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role teaches, supervises, documents and coordinates care for patients at home, supporting recovery, health maintenance and rehabilitation through independent judgment and close collaboration.

• Provide nursing care to sick and injured patients at home
• Teach patients and families about care plans and recovery
• Coordinate services with other healthcare professionals and community partners
• Assess responses to interventions and adjust care within protocols
• Document clinical findings, care plans and progress clearly
• Supervise support staff and use critical thinking to manage complex situations

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS through AHA
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
