A Travel Home Health Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in the home health setting on a 13 week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role supports patients and families at home, coordinating care, teaching, documenting, and evaluating responses to treatment.

• Provide nursing care during home visits
• Teach patients and families about health needs and recovery
• Coordinate care with other clinicians and community providers
• Assess patient and family responses to interventions
• Document care, clinical data, and outcomes accurately
• Use independent judgment, planning, and time management to prioritize visits

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
