Travel Home Health RN in Torrance, CA

A Travel Home Health Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care in the home health setting on a 13-week contract in Torrance, California. Adults and geriatrics with heart failure, diabetes, wound care, anticoagulation, and IV therapy needs are seen with OASIS documentation and high-volume daily visits.

• Complete admissions, resumption of care, and routine home visits
• Assess adults and geriatrics with heart failure, diabetes, and general medical needs
• Perform wound care and pressure injury management
• Change PICC dressings and manage peripheral IVs, ports, and central lines
• Administer medications, infusions, oxygen therapy, and glucometer care
• Document clinical findings and OASIS assessments
• Support catheter and feeding tube care

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of home health Registered Nurse experience
• Recent OASIS experience
• Prior travel experience
• Current driver's license

• Colostomy and ileostomy care
• Drain management
• Nebulizer teaching
• Wound VAC management
