Travel Home Health RN in Tampa, FL

A Travel Home Health Registered Nurse will provide skilled in-home nursing care for adults and geriatrics in Tampa, Florida on a 13-week contract. The role supports patients with general medical and high-risk diagnoses and includes wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled visits. Adults and geriatrics receive about 6 to 8 visits per day.

• Assess patients in the home and update the plan of care
• Provide infusion therapy, IV care, and central line support
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and wound vac care
• Manage catheters, injections, venipuncture, and specimen collection
• Complete OASIS documentation and skilled visit charting
• Coordinate care with therapy, pharmacy, and other support services

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• One year of skilled home care experience
• OASIS training and experience
• Infusion, IV, wound care, and catheter management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for home visits
