Travel Endoscopy RN in Petaluma, CA

A Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse will provide peri-procedural care in an acute care hospital gi lab for a 13-week contract in Petaluma, California. Epic charting is used, and the unit serves adults and geriatrics in preop and phase II PACU.

• Prepare patients for GI procedures and recovery
• Administer conscious sedation and monitor responses
• Assist with colonoscopy and EGD cases
• Circulate procedures and manage specimens
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and obtain ECGs
• Start and maintain IV access
• Recover patients from sedation and anesthesia support

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• 3 years of endoscopy experience
• Epic charting experience
• Conscious sedation administration, airway management, and dysrhythmia monitoring
• IV initiation and specimen handling

• CGRN certification
• Bronchoscopy, EBUS, EUS, and ERCP experience
• Provation experience
• Community hospital experience
