Travel Endoscopy RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse will provide pre-op, PACU, and procedure support in a hospital endoscopy unit on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit has pre-op, PACU, and procedure rooms, uses Cerner, and serves adult and pediatric patients.

• Assess patients before endoscopic procedures
• Recover patients in PACU after procedures
• Prepare rooms and assist during endoscopy cases
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes
• Document care and handoff information in Cerner
• Provide care for adult and pediatric endoscopy patients
• Participate in call coverage as assigned

• Active North Carolina or Compact State Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Prior endoscopy nursing experience

• Pediatric endoscopy experience
• Pulmonary endoscopy experience
• Endoscopy tech experience
