Travel ED RN in Wichita, KS

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in Wichita, Kansas on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adult and pediatric patients, uses Meditech charting, and supports fast-paced care with average 3:1 ratios and team nursing for pediatrics.

• Assess and monitor emergency patients
• Start IV access and administer medications
• Assist with sedation care and pediatric emergencies
• Document care and verify patient and medication scans
• Collaborate with charge nurses, physicians, and midlevel providers

• Kansas Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department Registered Nurse experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Travel or large-facility emergency department experience

• ENPC certification
• Meditech charting experience
• Experience in larger emergency departments
