Travel ED RN in Live Oak, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Live Oak, Texas. Meditech charting supports care for a broad emergency population.

• Provide emergency nursing care for patients with chest pain, sepsis, stroke, and behavioral health needs
• Monitor, assess, and prioritize patients in a fast-paced emergency department
• Assist with conscious sedation, intubation, and other critical interventions
• Support stroke response, including tissue plasminogen activator administration
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in the electronic record
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver timely, safe treatment

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of emergency department Registered Nurse experience

• CEN
• Meditech experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
