Travel ED RN in Lee's Summit, MO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for emergency patients in an acute care hospital in Lee's Summit, Missouri on a 13-week contract. This 13-bed unit uses Meditech, serves non-trauma cases, and typically works with 1:3 and 1:4 patient ratios, expanding as needed.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Triage incoming patients and coordinate placement
• Initiate treatment plans and monitor responses
• Administer medications and support emergency interventions
• Collaborate with the care team during urgent changes
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Meditech

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• ENPC or PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• CPI certification
• Recent emergency department experience
