Travel ED RN in Hartford, CT

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for emergency and inpatient hold patients in a hospital setting on an 18-week contract in Hartford, Connecticut. The unit manages varied acuity and requires comfort with ED and inpatient hold ratios.

• Assess patients and prioritize care
• Monitor vital signs and change in condition
• Initiate emergency nursing interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments
• Coordinate care with providers and ancillary staff
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Emergency Department clinical judgment and triage skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
