Travel ED RN in Gainesville, FL

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in a hospital emergency department in Gainesville, Florida on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adult emergency and trauma patients and uses EPIC charting.

• Assess and triage emergency patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize lethal changes
• Provide urgent nursing interventions and medications
• Support trauma stabilization and resuscitation
• Coordinate care with physicians and the clinical team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in EPIC

• Florida or compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications
• 2 to 3 years of Registered Nurse experience
• Prior travel Registered Nurse experience

• TNCC certification
• Emergency department experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center
