Travel ED RN in Tallahassee, FL

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in a hospital emergency department in Tallahassee, Florida on a 13-week contract. The unit has 12 beds, a 4:1 ratio, and MEDITECH charting, and the hospital supports pediatric, senior care, and express care emergency services.

• Triage and assess patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment
• Administer medications and carry out provider orders
• Support emergency procedures and stabilize patients as needed
• Document care in the charting system and communicate changes
• Collaborate with providers and care team members

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license
• Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH stroke scale
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
