Travel ED RN in Tallahassee, FL

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital emergency room on a 13-week contract in Tallahassee, Florida. The unit has 12 beds, a 4:1 ratio, and uses MEDITECH. It supports pediatric, senior, and express care emergency services.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Triage, monitor, and stabilize urgent and emergent conditions
• Administer medications, start IV access, and support treatment plans
• Assist with trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and stroke-related care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in MEDITECH
• Collaborate with providers and the care team during rapid changes in condition

• Florida Registered Nurse license
• Emergency room experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale competency
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
