Travel ED RN in Gainesville, FL

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for adult emergency patients in a high-volume hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Gainesville, Florida. The unit uses Epic and is part of an academic medical center.

• Assess adult emergency patients and prioritize care
• Initiate treatment for acute medical and trauma needs
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other ordered interventions
• Support emergency procedures and rapid response care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in Epic

• Florida Registered Nurse license or Compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC
• 3 years of Emergency Department Registered Nurse experience
• 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Recent experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center
• Recent Epic experience
