Travel ED RN in Tallahassee, FL

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Tallahassee, Florida. The unit has 39 beds, uses MediTech charting, and runs with a 1:4 ratio plus secretary and tech support.

• Provide emergency nursing care for patients with urgent and complex needs
• Assist with intubation and emergency lifesaving procedures
• Support chest tube care, moderate sedation, lumbar punctures, and laceration repair
• Administer and monitor blood products in the emergency department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage support, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Communicate with the care team to support throughput and safe patient flow

• Florida Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• 2 years of emergency room experience
• Emergency department skills in intubation support and lifesaving care
• Multitasking, teamwork, and throughput-focused practice
