Travel ED RN in Clinton, IA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Clinton, Iowa.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care needs
• Assess symptoms, obtain histories, and monitor status
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Assist with emergency procedures and stabilization efforts
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions

• Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• NIHSS certification
• Emergency department nursing skills
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
