Travel ED RN in Bolivar, MO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Bolivar, Missouri. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics, averages 50 patients a day, and has 12 beds.

• Triage patients and prioritize emergency care
• Assess and monitor patients across the age spectrum
• Administer emergency medications and blood products
• Start and maintain IV access and obtain blood specimens
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Support stroke and trauma evaluations

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of recent emergency department experience
• Travel experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Emergency department skills in triage, IV therapy, phlebotomy, dysrhythmia care, blood product administration, and stroke response
