Travel ED RN in Austin, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in the emergency department in Austin, Texas on a 13-week contract. The acute care hospital unit has 48 beds, uses Meditech charting, and has a 4:1 patient ratio.

• Triage patients and begin emergency assessments
• Stabilize acute and critical patients
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Monitor status and respond to changes
• Assist with procedures and interventions
• Document care in Meditech and communicate with the team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program

• TNCC certification
• ALS certification
• ENPC certification
• CEN or PEN certification
