Travel ED RN in Conroe, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in a 13-week contract in Conroe, Texas. The unit has 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds, uses Meditech, and commonly operates at a 1:4 ratio. Monitoring equipment, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and rapid infusion tools support patient care.

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Assist with IV starts and blood draws
• Support moderate sedation and TNK care
• Perform NIH stroke scale checks
• Document care in Meditech
• Work closely with the care team

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Compassionate, empathetic bedside care
