Travel ED RN in Conroe, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in a hospital emergency department for a 13-week contract in Conroe, Texas. The unit has 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds, uses Meditech, and staffs patients at 1:4. Care includes cardiac monitoring, sedation support, and rapid response in a busy emergency setting.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Start IV access and obtain blood draws
• Assist with moderate sedation and TNK therapy
• Complete NIH stroke assessments
• Document assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with the team to deliver timely care

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Compassion and empathy

• Emergency department clinical judgment
