Travel CVOR Tech in Salem, VA

A Travel CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist will assist with cardiac operating room procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia. The unit has 2 OR suites, uses Meditech, and works with a 1:1 patient ratio.

• Prepare the operating room for CVOR cases
• Maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team
• Assist with cardiac surgery setup and room turnover
• Support cases such as CABG, thoracotomy, endo AAA, valve replacement, and pacemaker procedures

• Certified Surgical Technologist credential
• ACLS and BLS
• CVOR experience

• Scrubbing experience
