Travel CVICU RN in Phoenix, AZ

A Travel CVICU Registered Nurse will provide care for pediatric cardiac critical care patients in a hospital setting on a 26-week contract in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports evidence-based nursing care for children with complex conditions and works closely with families and the care team.

• Assess pediatric cardiac critical care patients and respond to changing conditions
• Monitor hemodynamic status and coordinate ongoing nursing care
• Administer medications and IV therapies per care plans
• Support ventilator and cardiac monitoring needs within the unit
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license or compact multistate privilege, or ability to obtain Arizona licensure before start
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
• PALS certification
• 2 years of RN experience in pediatric CVICU
• ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing

• NRP certification
• Pediatric hospital experience
• Experience in a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU
