Travel CVICU RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care for pediatric cardiac patients in a children's hospital on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The unit serves neonates, infants, children, and adolescents and uses Epic.

• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to clinical changes
• Assist with ventilator management and respiratory support
• Administer medications and ordered therapies
• Perform wound assessment and care
• Apply infection control and isolation precautions
• Document care in Epic and coordinate with the care team

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• 2 years of pediatric CVICU experience in a children's facility
• Trauma Level I and prior travel experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Infection control, isolation precautions, ventilator management, and wound assessment and care

• Neonatal intensive care experience
• Pediatric step-down experience
