Travel CVICU RN in Lawrenceville, GA

A Travel Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for patients in a cardiac care ICU in Lawrenceville, Georgia on a 12-week contract. The 20-bed unit serves open heart, vascular and thoracic surgery patients and uses advanced circulatory support devices.

• Monitor postoperative cardiac surgery patients
• Assess hemodynamic status and respond to changes
• Assist with mechanical circulatory support and renal therapies
• Administer medications and titrate IV therapies
• Coordinate care with surgeons and intensivists
• Document patient condition and communicate updates

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of recent specialty experience
• AHA BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• NIH certification

• CCRN certification
