A Travel Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for critically ill cardiac patients in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Des Moines, Iowa. The unit focuses on close monitoring, rapid response, and team-based critical care.

• Monitor hemodynamics and cardiac rhythms
• Assess critically ill cardiac patients
• Administer and titrate IV medications
• Coordinate postoperative and ICU care
• Document assessments and interventions
• Support ventilator and line management

• Current Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Critical care assessment and cardiac monitoring skills

• TNCC certification
