Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Worcester, MA

A Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment in a long term care nursing home under the direction of an Occupational Therapist on a 13-week contract in Worcester, Massachusetts. The role supports adults with cognitive and physical functioning needs and documents care in an electronic system.

• Deliver skilled treatment plans under Occupational Therapist supervision
• Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and adaptive devices
• Monitor patient progress and report treatment effectiveness to the supervising therapist
• Document treatment minutes and clinical updates in the electronic record
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the care team about goals and discharge planning
• Support DME or supply coordination and assist with student supervision as directed

• Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant license
