Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Oklahoma City, OK

A Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide rehabilitation treatment under occupational therapist supervision in a nursing home long term care unit on a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role supports patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders and documents care in an electronic record.

• Deliver skilled rehabilitation interventions under occupational therapist supervision
• Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising occupational therapist
• Document treatment minutes and required clinical information in the electronic record
• Provide guidance to patients, families, caregivers, and other care providers
• Support discharge planning and care conference participation
• Assist with DME or supply needs and student support as directed

• Oklahoma state licensure or registration
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Rehabilitation care for cognitive and physical functioning disorders
• Electronic documentation experience
