A Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide therapy support in a skilled nursing facility for a 13-week contract in Salinas, California. The role focuses on short-term and long-term residents, documentation in Net Health, and close coordination with the occupational therapist and interdisciplinary care team.

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
• Support functional independence through therapeutic activities and exercises
• Communicate progress with the occupational therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Document resident care and treatment updates in Net Health
• Follow facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Assist with care planning and resident engagement

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license upon acceptance
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential
• Strong documentation skills
