The role supports short-term and long-term residents under an Occupational Therapist, with documentation in Net Health and coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans
• Support short-term and long-term residents in improving functional independence
• Communicate with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Document care in Net Health according to facility standards
• Follow Medicare guidelines and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Documentation and time-management skills
