Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Ada, OK

A Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment in a long term care unit on a 13-week contract in Ada, Oklahoma. The role supports patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders through supervised therapy services and documentation in the electronic record.

• Deliver skilled treatment under occupational therapist supervision
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and therapeutic exercises
• Use supportive devices and modalities within the care plan
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates
• Document services and treatment minutes in the electronic record
• Support discharge planning and team communication
• Assist with patient, family, and caregiver education

• Oklahoma occupational therapy assistant license
• Associate degree or equivalent occupational therapy assistant preparation
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and patient-centered care
• Electronic documentation experience
