Travel Case Management RN in Sitka, AK

A Travel Case Management Registered Nurse will provide ambulatory care coordination and nursing support in an outpatient clinic on a 13-week contract in Sitka, Alaska. The role supports primary care patients and families with assessment, education, documentation, and continuity of care in a fast-paced clinic setting.

• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and policy
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust nursing interventions
• Provide education on care, medications, and discharge needs
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and interdisciplinary communication
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards

• Active Alaska Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 1 year of case management experience in a clinic or hospital setting within the last 2 years
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Case Management certification
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
