Travel Cardiology RN in Concord, CA

A Travel Cardiology Registered Nurse will provide ambulatory nursing support in a clinic, handling cardiac patient calls, triage, and care coordination on a 26-week contract in Concord, California. The role uses EPIC and supports in-office care and clinical administrative tasks.

• Triage patient calls and messages for cardiac concerns
• Assess symptoms and prioritize urgent needs
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinic staff
• Support in-office procedures and clinical tasks
• Document care and patient interactions in EPIC
• Guide patients and families through next steps

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
• 3 years of nursing experience in medical acute care or behavioral health
• Cardiac and cardiology department experience
• Ambulatory triage, medical office, patient call triage, and EPIC experience
