Travel Cardiology RN in Seneca, SC

A Travel Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Seneca, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and geriatrics with chest pain, arrhythmias, stroke workups, heart failure, COPD, sepsis and GI bleeding in a 36-bed setting. EPIC is used, and first-time travelers are welcome based on experience.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Administer continuous infusions and IV push medications per policy
• Provide care for adults with chest pain, arrhythmias and stroke workups
• Support patients receiving dialysis and other unit procedures
• Use EPIC and medication systems to document care and manage medications
• Coordinate with rapid response and multidisciplinary support services

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and NIH Stroke Scale
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry experience
• Telemetry rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia management
