Travel Cardiology RN in Seneca, SC

A Travel Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adults on a cardiac telemetry unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seneca, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and geriatrics with chest pain, arrhythmias, heart failure, stroke workups, and other complex medical-surgical needs; EPIC is used for charting, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in patient condition
• Assess and prioritize care for adults with cardiac, neurologic, respiratory, and medical-surgical needs
• Administer continuous IV infusions and IV push medications per unit protocol
• Support cardiac monitoring, pulse oximetry, and other bedside diagnostics
• Assist with thoracentesis, paracentesis, dialysis, and negative pressure isolation care
• Coordinate with rapid response, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and other support services
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills
• Telemetry and remote monitoring skills

• Cardiac telemetry background
