A Travel Cardiology Registered Nurse will coordinate care for patients in a structural heart unit in Boston, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. The role is primarily administrative with triage, referrals, and follow-up coordination in an acute care hospital.

• Coordinate care for structural heart patients
• Triage patient needs and route concerns appropriately
• Manage referrals and follow-up communication
• Document care coordination activities in Epic
• Use Excel and strong computer skills to track patient information
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams on administrative tasks

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Triage experience
• Epic and Excel proficiency
• Level 1 trauma experience

• Structural heart or cardiac nursing experience
