Travel Ambulatory Care RN in Exeter, NH

A Travel Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse will provide perioperative nursing care in an ambulatory surgery unit in Exeter, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The role supports an acute care hospital serving surgical patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and recovery
• Complete preoperative assessments and verify histories, medications, and allergies
• Monitor patients before and after procedures and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other team members during perioperative care
• Provide discharge teaching and reinforce recovery instructions
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• 2+ years of ambulatory surgery nursing experience
• Travel experience
• Trauma hospital or similar hospital setting experience
