About this job
A Per Diem Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a critical access hospital in Hood River, Oregon. Epic charting is used in a Level III trauma setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications, oxygen, and IV therapies
- Manage peripheral lines and site care
- Support rapid response and code events
- Provide isolation precautions and PPE support
- Assist with non-invasive airway management
- Document care in Epic and report changes
Qualifications
- Oregon Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Epic charting experience
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
- Strong acute care assessment skills
