Per Diem ED RN in Santa Monica, CA

A Per Diem Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital unit in Santa Monica, California. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and is stroke certified.

• Triage and assess emergency patients across all age groups
• Monitor vital signs, pain, and clinical changes during acute care
• Administer medications, fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments
• Support airway management, intubation, and conscious sedation care
• Assist with stroke, STEMI, overdose, psychiatric, and trauma cases
• Respond to dysrhythmias, seizures, and other urgent changes in condition

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• 2 years of recent emergency department experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Emergency triage, airway, and critical care skills

• Charge nurse experience
• Teaching hospital or community hospital experience
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience
