Travel X-Ray Tech in South Carolina

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in a teaching hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The unit serves adolescents through older adults, uses Epic, and the hospital is Magnet, teaching, and Level 1 Trauma. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform diagnostic radiographs for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Assist with portable and bedside imaging procedures
• Operate C-arm and O-arm imaging equipment as needed
• Support trauma imaging and general radiology workflow
• Prepare patients, position anatomy, and maintain image quality
• Follow isolation precautions and safe radiation practices

• South Carolina radiologic technologist license in hand prior to start
• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience
• PACS and charting system experience
• C-arm and O-arm imaging experience

• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
• Trauma Level II experience
