Travel X-Ray Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will support diagnostic imaging in a short-term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics, handles a high daily volume, and uses Epic charting in a teaching hospital.

• Perform routine and portable x-ray exams
• Assist with C-arm and operating room imaging
• Produce chest, abdomen, spine and extremity images
• Support ICU, ED and inpatient imaging needs
• Prepare and assist with contrast media procedures
• Follow radiation safety and isolation precautions
• Document studies and image quality in Epic

• ARRT R certification
• Oregon Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of recent large-facility hospital X-ray experience
• Experience with adult acute care, pediatric acute care, ED, ICU and OR imaging
• Skills in bedside and portable imaging, C-arm procedures and contrast support

• Fluoro Permit
• Epic charting system experience
• PACS experience
• Teaching hospital experience
