Travel X-Ray Tech in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel X-Ray Tech will provide diagnostic imaging support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The unit serves mainly adult transplant and cancer patients and uses Cerner. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform diagnostic x-ray exams
• Assist with portable and bedside imaging
• Position patients and obtain quality images
• Support fluoroscopy, surgery, and outpatient orthopedic imaging cases
• Maintain imaging safety and patient comfort
• Document exams and coordinate with the care team

• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• Indiana state license
• One year of X-Ray Tech experience
• PACS experience

• Cerner charting system experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Siemens equipment experience
• Contrast study and operating room imaging experience
