Travel X-Ray Tech in Seattle, WA

A Travel X-Ray Tech Registered Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. First-time travelers are welcome. The unit uses Epic and PACS, covers all age groups, and the work focuses on inpatient, emergency department, and portable imaging with surgical C-arm support.

• Perform routine and portable x-ray exams across inpatient and emergency settings
• Assist with surgical C-arm imaging
• Position and prepare patients of all ages for diagnostic studies
• Document studies and manage images in PACS and Epic
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and isolation precautions
• Support contrast media preparation and administration as needed

• Current Washington state Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of x-ray experience, including C-arm imaging
• Epic charting system experience
• PACS experience

• Barium swallow/esophagus, contrast enema, ERCP, and upper GI series experience
• Trauma case experience
• Teaching or community hospital experience
• Lead or management experience, trauma level I or II experience
